An environment friendly thermo-plastic engineered film, the white color Polyester Film is appropriate for closures, slot liners, and interphase insulation in generators, electric motors, fans, transformers and major electrical and electronic components. These are characterized by high degree of reliability and safety.
The Polyester Films also find use in Cable Wrapping and Copper Insulation, OHP Sheet, Packaging, FRP Sheets, Industrial Film, Lamination, Optical Displays, Window Packing, Printed Electronics, Stickers, Stationers, Labels and many more. We manufacture / distribute this avant-garde, multipurpose product as per industry trends.
Product Superiority
(I) Insulation Resistance: The Polyester Film has excellent electrical properties along with high level of insulation resistance. Also, it has very less moisture absorption rate. The product is highly recommended for slot liners in FHP and HP ratings in different electrical rotating systems.
(II) Toughness: The films do not split or crack, when creased sharply. By using semi-automatic machines, the films can be easily formed into 'Cuffed' slot liners and closures. It runs efficaciously in the fully automatic inserting and forming machines.
(III) Ageing: The life span of our top grade polyester film is longer than the its general grades. This is calculated by conducting 'Accelerated Ageing Tests' at extremely high temperatures.
(IV) Chemical Compatibility: Polyester Film provided by Ganapathy Industries is compatible with a large number of impregnating varnishes, specially those that are based on the polyester resins of isophthalate or terephthalate types.
(V) Brittleness: The films can be used at -70 degree Celcius temperature without become brittle.
Some additional film enhancements that can be applied to during the manufacturing of polyester films include:
